This Year, In Motion

2026 has been In Perpetuity's first full year of operation. Here is what that has looked like, step by step.

FEBRUARY 2026

Fully Insured

In Perpetuity became fully covered across liability, directors and officers, professional, and cyber insurance, clearing the way to responsibly take on grants and contracts.

EARLY 2026

Co-Work Office in Roslyn

We expanded to a co-work location in Roslyn, WA, giving our board, advisory board, and partners a dedicated place to meet and work.

APRIL 2026

IRS Recognition Received

The IRS sent formal written confirmation of our 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, effective retroactive to our October 2025 incorporation.

JUNE 2026

Applied for Federal Support

We submitted applications for federal funding to help advance Forest Management & Sustainable Practices and the SEPA Democracy Project. Phase I of SEPA Democracy is now underway, guiding its research and setting targets for real, measurable change.

OCTOBER 9, 2026

Represented In Perpetuity in Ellensburg

We joined the Washington Trust for Historic Preservation's Annual Members Meeting at the Kittitas County Historical Museum, alongside preservation and conservation leaders from across the state.

OCTOBER 2026

Annual Board Meeting Completed

Our Board of Directors and Executive Team held In Perpetuity's first Annual Board Meeting, a formal checkpoint for governance, strategy, and the year ahead.

THROUGH YEAR END

Listening, Systematically

We are compiling individual Advisory Board meetings and questionnaires alongside a broader community needs assessment, the groundwork for where we focus next.
